Flexible PUR cable – reliability in harsh conditions
This 25-core flexible JZ-500 PUR cable is a solution for demanding applications where resistance to abrasion, oils and extreme temperatures is crucial. The cable is designed for use in mechanical engineering, construction, installations and environments exposed to intensive use. Its construction provides high flexibility, which facilitates and speeds up installation.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction: stranded copper conductors, PVC TI2 insulation and a durable polyurethane (PUR) outer jacket. The conductors are black with white numerical printing for easy identification. An earth conductor (yellow-green) is also available in some versions. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-1/ DIN EN 50525-1 standards, guaranteeing its safety and quality. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance-free.
- Exceptional resistance: to mineral oils (including machine coolants), UV radiation, oxygen, ozone, hydrolysis and the action of microorganisms.
- Wide temperature range: permissible operating temperature from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible).

Applications and technical parameters
The JZ-500 PUR 25G0,5 cable with a cross-section of 0.5 mm² and a rated voltage of 500V is perfect for anywhere that requires high flexibility and resistance to external factors. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 12.4 mm. The minimum bending radius during flexible operation is 7.5 x cable diameter, and for fixed installation – 4 x cable diameter. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km and the test voltage is 4000V. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing of the required length.
