Flexible cable for industrial and control applications

This PUR 3G1 cable with a cross-section of 1 mm² and a rated voltage of 500V is a versatile solution for demanding applications. It is characterized by exceptional resistance to abrasion, tearing, and the action of oils and coolants, making it an ideal choice for industrial environments, construction, and in machines and equipment exposed to intensive use. The flexible construction makes installation easier even in hard-to-reach places.

Durability and reliability in harsh conditions

The cable is made of high-quality materials, ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation. The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) guarantees resistance to UV radiation, ozone, hydrolysis, and the action of microorganisms. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free, and do not contain substances that interfere with painting. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties even in extreme working conditions – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C during flexible operation. The nominal conductor cross-section is 1 mm², and its construction is stranded flexible class 5, which ensures good conductivity and flexibility.

Construction and core identification

The cable has three un-tinned copper cores, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 cl. 5, BS 6360 cl. 5 and IEC 60228 cl. 5 standards. Core insulation is made of special PVC TI2 (DIN VDE 0207-363-3/ DIN EN 50363-3). The cores are black with white number printing for easy identification (DIN VDE 0293), and the three-core version has a yellow-green protective core placed in the outer layer. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 5.9 mm. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing of the required length during installation.
