Flexible cable for industrial and control applications
This flexible PUR JZ-500 cable with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² is a reliable solution for installations requiring high mechanical and chemical resistance. The cable is designed for harsh working conditions, such as mechanical engineering, construction, rolling mills and steelworks. Construction and properties
The JZ-500 cable is characterized by a solid construction. The multi-stranded copper conductors (class 5) are insulated with special TI2 PVC, which provides them with flexibility and resistance to damage. Black conductors are clearly marked with white numbers, making identification easier during installation. The protective conductor (in 3-core versions) is located in the outer layer for quick access. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating, which guarantees resistance to abrasion, tearing, mineral oils and UV radiation. In addition, the materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance free.
This cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-1/ DIN EN 50525-1 and has a rated voltage of 500V. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -15°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for dynamic laying and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km, and the breakdown voltage is at least 8000V.
