This 4-core JZ-500 PUR cable with a cross-section of 10 mm² is a versatile solution for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to harsh conditions. Made from high-quality materials, it provides a reliable connection in various industrial, construction, and installation environments. The cable features a grey outer polyurethane (PUR) coating and black cores marked with numbers for easy identification.
Construction and properties
The cable is designed for intensive use. Its construction is based on stranded copper cores, which provide high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The core insulation is made of PVC TI2, and the whole is completed by a durable polyurethane (PUR) outer coating. This makes the cable resistant to abrasion, tearing, mineral oils (including machine coolants), UV radiation, oxygen, ozone, and the action of microorganisms. Additionally, the materials used in production are silicone, cadmium and paint-inhibiting substance free.
This cable meets DIN VDE 0285-525-1 / DIN EN 50525-1 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the needs of the installation.
