This flexible JZ-500 PUR 4G4 cable, with a cross-section of 4 mm², is designed for demanding applications where mechanical and chemical resistance are important. Construction and properties

The cable features a construction based on four stranded copper conductors (class 5), providing exceptional flexibility. The core insulation is made of PVC, and the outer jacket of polyurethane (PUR) – a material resistant to abrasion, tearing, and the action of mineral oils and coolants. The cores are black with white numbering, making them easy to identify during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor.

This cable is designed to operate in a temperature range from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C during installation. The rated voltage is 500 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 4 x diameter for fixed installation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 10.9 mm.
