Flexible control cable PUR – reliability in harsh conditions

This 5-core JZ-500 PUR cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² is an excellent solution wherever high flexibility and resistance to external factors are required. Made of polyurethane (PUR), it ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation in demanding industrial, construction and machine environments. This cable is particularly recommended for applications where exposure to mineral oils, coolants and intensive abrasion occurs.

Construction and properties

The JZ-500 PUR cable is characterized by a solid construction. The durable polyurethane coating protects the copper cores from mechanical, chemical damage and weather conditions. Multi-wire cores of class 5 provide high flexibility, making it easy to install and route the cable even in tight spaces. Core insulation made of PVC TI2 guarantees safe use and reliable electrical insulation. Black cores are permanently marked with white numbers for easy identification during installation. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective core.
