The flexible JZ-500 PUR 7G0.75 cable is a reliable solution for use in industry, construction and installations where resistance to abrasion, tearing and the action of oils and coolants is important. Designed for intensive use, it ensures long-lasting and safe operation in difficult conditions. Thanks to its flexible construction, installation is quick and convenient.

Construction and properties

This cable is distinguished by a solid construction based on seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm². These conductors are insulated with special TI2 PVC, which provides them with high electrical and mechanical resistance. In addition, the conductors are marked with numbers for easy identification during installation. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating, which guarantees resistance to abrasion, mineral oils and UV radiation. The protective conductor (yellow-green color) provides additional safety.

The JZ-500 PUR cable is characterized by a wide range of operating temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C (with fixed installation) and from -15°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. It complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-1/ DIN EN 50525-1 standards, which confirms its high quality and safety. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during dynamic operation and 4 x cable diameter with fixed installation.
