PUR control and power cable, OZ-500-PUR 4x0.75 mm² grey, black cores numbered acc. to DIN VDE 0293-334 23333
Robust flexible cable for demanding conditions
This grey 300/500V flexible cable, catalog number 23333, is a reliable solution for applications where resistance to mechanical damage and external factors is crucial. The cable is characterized by high flexibility, making installation easier even in tight spaces. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures long-lasting and safe operation in various industrial and construction environments.
Construction and properties
The cable has four cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², made of stranded copper, guaranteeing good conductivity and flexibility. The cores are insulated with special PVC TI2, and the entire cable is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating. This construction provides resistance to abrasion, tearing, mineral oils (including machine coolants), UV radiation, ozone, and hydrolysis. Additionally, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium, or substances that interfere with painting. The cores are marked with numbers for easy identification. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 6.3 mm.
Applications and benefits
This cable is widely used in mechanical engineering, construction, industrial installations, and in rolling and steel mills – anywhere where high mechanical and chemical resistance is required. Thanks to its flexibility, it is ideal for use in areas exposed to frequent bending and movement. This is particularly important when connecting moving parts of machines or devices. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-1/ DIN EN 50525-1 and has protection class Eca (CPR). The operating temperature range is from -15°C to +80°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +80°C (stationary). The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for fixed installation.
