Construction and Properties

The cable is characterized by a multi-strand, flexible conductor construction (class 5), which translates to easy installation and high flexibility, especially at low temperatures. The conductor insulation made of PVC TI2 provides good electrical protection, and the outer polyurethane (PUR) coating guarantees resistance to mechanical damage, oils, lubricants, fuels and UV radiation. The conductors are twisted in parallel for optimal twist pitch, which further increases their durability. An inner PVC coating facilitates stripping the insulation during installation.

Additionally, the cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-1 /DIN EN 50525-1 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. The cable is metered and available in orange (RAL 2003).
