PUR-JZ Flexible Cable – Reliability in Harsh Conditions
This seven-core flexible cable with polyurethane (PUR) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulation is a robust solution for demanding applications. Designed for operation at 500V, it features high resistance to abrasion, oils, chemicals, and extreme temperatures. Construction and Properties
The PUR-JZ cable is designed for intensive use. Its construction is based on stranded copper conductors, which provide flexibility and resistance to repeated bending. The conductors are insulated with special PVC TI2, and the whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) coating. Additionally, the cable has a yellow-green protective conductor (in the JZ version) for increased safety. An inner PVC coating facilitates stripping the insulation during installation.

The PUR-JZ 7G0,75 cable with an outer diameter of approximately 9.2 mm and a conductor cross-section of 0.75 mm² is used as a control or power cable for portable industrial equipment. It is suitable for anywhere that requires high flexibility and resistance to harsh environmental conditions. The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-1 /DIN EN 50525-1 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. The operating voltage of the cable is 300/500V and the test voltage is 3000V. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x outer diameter during flexible operation and 4 x outer diameter for stationary installation.
