Flexible cable for industrial and control applications

This grey flexible cable F-C-PURÖ-OZ 2x1 with a cross-section of 1 mm² is a reliable solution for transmitting power and signals in demanding conditions. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by an advanced construction, providing high flexibility and mechanical resistance. Twisted copper strands insulated with special oil-resistant PVC are placed under a copper braid screen. The whole is surrounded by a durable polyurethane (PUR) jacket, which provides protection against abrasion, tearing and weathering. Additionally, the cable is resistant to UV radiation, oxygen, ozone and microorganisms. The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.

Technical parameters and compliance with standards

The cable meets the requirements of E DIN VDE 0285-525-1/ DIN EN 50525-1 and has a rated voltage of 300/500 V. The rated conductor cross-section is 1 mm², and the approximate outer diameter is 6.5 mm. The minimum bending radius is 10 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 5 x cable diameter during fixed installation. The cable has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing during installation.
