PUR spiral cable, PUR-SPIKA H05BQ-F 2x0.75 mm² black, spiral length before stretching: 2000 mm 86311
The PUR-SPIKA spiral cable is a flexible solution for applications requiring frequent movements and bending. Made of high-quality polyurethane (PUR), it is characterized by abrasion resistance, oils, and other mechanical factors. Its construction based on copper strands ensures reliable electrical conductivity.
This black cable with a spiral length of 2000 mm before stretching can reach a length of up to 8000 mm when stretched, making it ideal for use in machines, power tools, the construction industry, lifts, and medical devices. Thanks to its flexibility and resistance to damage, it also works well in entertainment devices and measuring instruments.
The cable construction includes two copper strands with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², insulated with rubber and identified in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308. The protective conductor (in versions with three or more strands) is marked with a yellow-green color. The rated voltage is 500 V, and the test voltage is 2000 V. The outer PUR jacket provides additional protection against external factors. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. The elongation ratio is 1:4, and the end sections are straight – each 200 mm long for easy connection.
- Flexibility and durability: The spiral construction combined with PUR material provides high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage.
- Wide application: Ideal for machines, tools, construction, lifts and many other industries.
- Safety: Compliance with DIN VDE 0295 and DIN VDE 0293-308 standards guarantees safe operation.
- Resistance to external factors: The PUR jacket protects against oils, abrasion and other environmental influences.
- Easy installation: Straight end sections make it easy to connect the cable to devices.
