Flexible spiral cable PUR-SPIKA – reliability in motion

This black, five-core spiral cable with a polyurethane (PUR) jacket is the ideal solution where high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage are required. This cable is designed for use in machines, power tools, the construction industry, and many other demanding environments. Its construction allows for free movement and stretching, making it indispensable in mobile devices and where cables are exposed to continuous bending.

Construction and properties

The PUR-SPIKA 5x1 cable is distinguished by its solid construction. It has five stranded copper cores insulated with rubber, which ensures good conductivity and flexibility. The protective earth conductor in yellow-green color (available from 3 cores) guarantees safe use. The outer jacket made of PUR protects the cable from abrasion, oils and other external factors. This makes it resistant to harsh working conditions. The cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 750 V and a test voltage of 2500 V (depending on the H07BQ-F version). The ability to stretch up to four times its initial length (stretch ratio 1:4) increases the range of applications and simplifies installation.
