Flexible spiral PUR cable – reliability in motion

This black, five-core spiral cable with a polyurethane (PUR) jacket is the ideal solution where high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage are required. This cable is designed for use in dynamic environments such as machines, power tools or industrial equipment. Its construction allows it to be stretched to 8 meters from an initial length of 2 meters, providing convenience and freedom of movement during work.

The PUR-SPIKA 5x1 cable is made of stranded copper conductors, insulated with rubber and protected with a durable polyurethane jacket. This construction guarantees high resistance to abrasion, stretching and external factors. The cable finds application in many industries:

Key features and parameters

The cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 750 V (U) and 450 V (U0). Its conductor cross-section is 1 mm², which provides adequate conductivity for most applications. The polyurethane jacket provides resistance to oils, greases and many chemicals. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -25°C to +70°C. An elongation ratio of 1:4 means that the cable can be stretched to four times its initial length without losing its properties. An important feature is also the presence of a yellow-green protective conductor, which ensures safe use. There are straight sections of 200 mm in length at the ends of the cable to facilitate connection.
