Submersible pump cable – reliability and safety in every application

This blue HELUPOWER® AQUATIC-750-BLUE cable, with a cross-section of 2x10 mm², is designed for demanding applications, particularly powering submersible pumps. Manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0250, DIN VDE 0285-525-1 and DIN EN 50525-1 standards, it guarantees high quality and durability. This cable is perfect for both home installations and professional water supply systems.

Construction and application – well-thought-out solutions for demanding conditions

The cable construction has been optimized for operation in harsh conditions, including immersion in water to a depth of up to 600 meters. Un-tinned, stranded copper conductors, class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228) provide flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. PVC insulation and a crosslinked halogen-free plastic coating (blue RAL 5015) protect against external factors and ensure safe use. The cable is used not only in submersible pumps, but also as a connection element in the food industry (e.g. processing plants), fish ponds and aquariums. Additionally, its resistance to chlorine (up to 0.6 mg/l) and salt water (up to 6%) expands the range of possible applications.

Safety and certificates – peace of mind for you and your customers

Safety is a priority. The HELUPOWER® AQUATIC-750-BLUE cable has a Hygienic Certificate of the National Institute of Public Health – State Hygiene Institute (NIZP-PZH), confirming its approval for contact with water intended for human consumption (certificate number B.BK.60110.0936.2022 NIZP PZH - PIB valid until 07.09.2025). It also has DVGW KTW BWGL, WRAS and DM 174 certificates, demonstrating its high quality and compliance with European standards. The cable's flexibility allows it to operate in a temperature range of -25°C to +50°C (flexible) or -40°C to +80°C (stationary), and the water temperature can even reach +60°C. The operating voltage is U0/U 450/750 V, and the test voltage is 2500 V. The minimum bending radius for fixed installation is 5x the cable diameter.
