PVC/LS0H cable for submersible pumps for drinking water HELUPOWER® AQUATIC-750-BLUE 2x16 mm² blue, core identification according to DIN VDE 0293-308 11018141
Submersible pump cable – reliability and safety in every application
This high-quality HELUPOWER® AQUATIC-750-BLUE cable, with a cross-section of 2x16 mm², is specifically designed to power submersible pump motors, even at significant depths. Made with attention to detail, it meets stringent DIN VDE 0250/DIN VDE 0285-525-1/DIN EN 50525-1 standards, guaranteeing long-lasting and safe operation. The blue coating (RAL 5015) facilitates identification in the installation.
Construction and application – well-thought-out solutions for demanding conditions
This cable is not only a reliable electrical connection but also a response to the specific requirements of aquatic environments. It can be used in drinking water to a depth of 600 meters, making it an ideal solution for wells, boreholes, and water supply systems. Additionally, its resistance to chlorine (up to 0.6 mg/l) and salt water (up to 6%) expands the range of applications to marine installations and aquariums. It also finds application in the food industry – in processing plants where contact with water is unavoidable, and in fish ponds.
Multi-strand copper conductors of class 5 provide flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during frequent bending. PVC insulation and cross-linked halogen-free plastic coating guarantee safe use and minimize the risk of toxic substance emissions in the event of a fire. Conductor identification according to DIN VDE 0293-308 facilitates correct installation and servicing.
Certificates and compliance – confirmation of the highest quality
This cable is distinguished by having a Hygienic Certificate from the National Institute of Public Health – State Hygiene Institute (NIZP-PZH), which means it is approved for contact with water intended for human consumption. It also has a DVGW Standard W 270 certificate and meets WRAS and DM 174 standards. This confirms the highest quality of workmanship and compliance with European safety standards. The operating temperature range of the cable is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -25°C to +50°C (flexible), ensuring its reliability in various environmental conditions.
