Construction and application

This cable is manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0250/DIN VDE 0285-525-1/DIN EN 50525-1 standards. Its construction includes multi-wire copper conductors, PVC insulation, and a coating of cross-linked halogen-free plastic in blue (RAL 5015). This makes the cable resistant to mechanical damage, moisture, and corrosion. It can be used in water at depths of up to 600 meters, as well as in food processing plants, fish ponds, and aquariums. Additionally, its flexibility makes it easy to install and route in tight spaces.

Safety and compliance with standards

The HELUPOWER® AQUATIC-750-BLUE cable has a Hygiene Certificate from the National Institute of Public Health – State Hygiene Institute (NIZP-PZH) No. B.BK.60110.0936.2022 (valid until 07.09.2025), confirming its approval for contact with water intended for human consumption. It also meets the requirements of DVGW KTW BWGL and WRAS and DM 174 standards, guaranteeing its safety and reliability in various applications. It is resistant to chlorine up to 0.6 mg/l and to salt water up to 6%. The cable is characterized by a working voltage of U0/U 450/750 V and a test voltage of 2500 V. The minimum bending radius for fixed installation is 5x the cable diameter.
