This blue HELUPOWER® AQUATIC-750-BLUE 3G6 mm² cable is specifically designed to power submersible pump motors, even at significant depths. Its construction and materials guarantee safe and long-lasting operation in demanding aquatic environments, including drinking water. The cable is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, which translates to easy installation and trouble-free operation.

Construction and application – well-thought-out solutions for professionals

The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0250/DIN VDE 0285-525-1/DIN EN 50525-1, which confirms its high quality and compliance with European safety standards. Made of multi-wire copper conductors class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228) insulated with PVC, the cable provides optimal conductivity and flexibility. Twisted wires minimize the risk of mechanical damage during operation. The coating made of crosslinked halogen-free plastic (blue RAL 5015) protects against the influence of external factors such as moisture, chemicals and UV radiation.

Designed to operate in a temperature range from -25°C to +50°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +80°C (stationary), and also in water up to +60°C, the cable performs perfectly in a variety of applications. It can be used at depths of up to 600 meters, making it an ideal solution for installations in deep wells and other underwater devices. Additionally, it is resistant to chlorine (up to 0.6 mg/l) and salt water (up to 6%), which expands its range of applications.

Certificates and safety – a guarantee of quality and compliance

The cable has a Hygienic Certificate of the National Institute of Public Health – State Hygiene Institute (NIZP-PZH) (certificate number B.BK.60110.0936.2022 NIZP PZH - PIB valid until 07.09.2025), which allows its use in systems for water intended for human consumption – this is crucial for installers carrying out projects related to drinking water supply. It also has DVGW approvals: KTW BWGL and WRAS and DM 174, confirming its compliance with strict European standards. Conductor identification is carried out in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308, which facilitates correct installation and connection of cables. The blue color of the coating also makes it easier to identify the cable's purpose – in accordance with generally accepted standards, the cable color indicates its intended use in a water environment.
