This blue HELUPOWER® AQUATIC-750-BLUE cable with a cross-section of 4G25 mm² is a specialized solution for powering submersible pumps, designed for demanding applications where safety and hygiene are crucial. The cable is manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0250/DIN VDE 0285-525-1/DIN EN 50525-1 standards, guaranteeing its high quality and reliability.

Construction and application – well-thought-out solutions for demanding conditions

This cable stands out due to its construction adapted to work in harsh conditions. Made of multi-strand copper conductors class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228) and PVC insulation, it provides flexibility and durability. Twisted strands with an optimal pitch minimize the risk of mechanical damage. A cross-linked, halogen-free plastic coating in blue (RAL 5015) protects against external factors. The ability to be installed underwater at a depth of up to 600 meters makes it an ideal choice for installations in wells, boreholes and other underwater applications.

The cable is resistant to chlorine (up to 0.6 mg/l) and salt water (up to 6%), which expands its range of applications. The special construction minimizes the growth of microorganisms and the emission of toxic substances, ensuring hygienic use. The operating voltage is U0/U 450/750 V, and the test voltage is 2500 V. The minimum bending radius for fixed laying is 5x the cable diameter. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -25°C to +50°C (flexible), and the water temperature can reach up to +60°C.
