This 20-core JZ-HF-CY cable with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² is the ideal solution wherever high flexibility and protection against electromagnetic interference are required. The screen in the form of a copper braid ensures stable signal transmission, which is crucial in modern industrial installations and robotics. This cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range, both in stationary and dynamic conditions.
Construction and properties
The JZ-HF-CY cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and trouble-free operation. The multi-strand, flexible copper cores are coated with special PVC (Z 7225), guaranteeing high resistance to mechanical and chemical damage. The cores are numbered for easy identification, and their twisting ensures optimal lay length. An inner fleece of PVC provides additional protection of the cores against abrasion. The whole is surrounded by a gray (RAL 7001) outer coating of PVC (TM5), resistant to oils and flames – meeting the standards IEC 60332-1-2 and DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2. The outer diameter of the cable is 15.5 mm.
