This shielded flexible cable JZ-HF-CY 3G0.75 is an ideal solution wherever high flexibility and resistance to interference are required. It will be useful in mechanical engineering, robotics, device manufacturing, as well as in flexible connections exposed to medium mechanical loads. Thanks to the copper braid screen, it provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference in signal and pulse transmission.

Construction and properties

The cable has been designed with demanding applications in mind. Its construction is based on multi-wire copper conductors class 6, insulated with special PVC (Z 7225). The conductors are twisted in parallel, which ensures optimal twist pitch and increases flexibility. Additionally, the cable has an inner fleece layer of PVC and a screen of spirally wrapped copper wires (minimum 85% coverage), which minimizes the influence of interference. The outer jacket is made of high-quality PVC (TM5), resistant to abrasion and external factors. The conductors are marked with numbers for easy identification.

The JZ-HF-CY 3G0.75 cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 500V and a conductor cross-section of 0.75 mm². Its approximate outer diameter is 8.1 mm. It is intended for operation in dry and humid indoor and outdoor environments (with appropriate protection). The minimum bending radius is 10x cable diameter during flexible operation and 5x cable diameter during stationary operation. Insulation resistance is minimum 20 MOhm x km, and test voltage is 4000V. Breakdown voltage is minimum 8000V. The outer jacket material is polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the conductor insulation is also PVC. Conductor identification is done using numbers.
