Flexible shielded cable for industrial and robotics applications

This flexible JZ-HF-CY 4G0.75 cable is designed for demanding applications where flexibility and resistance to interference are key. It is perfect for mechanical engineering, robotics, device manufacturing, and anywhere reliable electrical connections are needed in dynamic conditions. Thanks to the copper braid screen, it provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference, which is particularly important in control and data transmission systems.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of high-quality materials, guaranteeing its durability and reliability. The multi-strand, flexible copper conductors (class 6 according to DIN VDE 0295) provide good conductivity and easy installation. The core insulation is made of special-purpose PVC (Z 7225), and the cores are numbered for easy identification. An internal fleece layer of PVC and a screen of copper wires minimize the risk of mechanical damage and provide effective shielding. The outer jacket made of special PVC (TM5) provides resistance to abrasion and weathering.

• Durability: materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.
• Oil resistance: meets DIN VDE 0473-811-404 / DIN EN 60811-404 standard confirming resistance to oil exposure.

Technical parameters and application

The JZ-HF-CY 4G0.75 cable has a cross-section of 0.75 mm² and a rated voltage of 500V. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 8.6 mm. This cable is intended for use in control installations and anywhere high flexibility and resistance to interference are required. The minimum bending radius is 5x the cable diameter for fixed laying and 10x the cable diameter during dynamic operation. Thanks to the yellow-green protective conductor (in configurations from 3 cores), it ensures safe use. It is compatible with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards.
