The core insulation is made of special PVC (Z 7225), which guarantees high resistance to abrasion and chemical factors. The cores are twisted in parallel for optimal twist pitch, and the internal non-woven fabric of PVC further strengthens the construction.

A key element is the shielding made of spirally wrapped copper wires (minimum 85% coverage), which effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC). The outer jacket is made of special PVC (TM5), providing resistance to oils and UV radiation. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU.

Operating parameters and temperature range

This cable is characterized by a wide operating temperature range: from -40°C to +80°C in stationary mode and from -10°C to +80°C in flexible mode. The rated voltage is 500 V, and the test voltage is 4000 V. The minimum bending radius is 10 x cable diameter for dynamic applications and 5 x cable diameter for fixed installations. The cable has an insulation resistance of at least 20 MOhm x km. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 7.6 mm.
