Flexible cable OZ-HF-CY – reliability and flexibility in every application
This shielded flexible cable 500V is an ideal solution wherever high flexibility and resistance to interference are required. It will work well both in mechanical engineering and robotics, as well as in the production of devices and in installations exposed to medium mechanical loads. The construction with a shield provides effective protection against electromagnetic interference, which is crucial in modern control and data transmission systems.
Construction and parameters ensuring durability
The OZ-HF-CY cable has been designed with long-term and trouble-free operation in mind. High-quality materials have been used, such as PVC insulation and a copper braid acting as a shield. The cores are made of stranded copper, which gives them exceptional flexibility and resistance to bending. The outer diameter of the cable is 8.6 mm, and the core cross-section is 1.5 mm². Thanks to this, the cable is easy to install and adapts to the specifics of various installations. The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -10°C to +80°C (flexible), which guarantees its reliability even in difficult conditions.
Applications and benefits for professionals
This cable finds wide application in:
- Mechanical engineering: flexible connections in machines and equipment.
- Robotics: power supply and control of industrial robots.
- Device manufacturing: internal wiring of electrical and electronic devices.
- Installations exposed to interference: protection of signals against the influence of external electromagnetic interference.
- Cable chains: thanks to its high flexibility, it is ideal for use in cable chains.
Thanks to the copper braid shield, the cable minimizes the risk of interference in signal transmission, which translates into stable operation of connected devices. Numbered cores facilitate the identification of individual wires during installation and servicing. In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that disrupt painting, making it environmentally friendly and safe to use. The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51 / DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the low-voltage directive 2014/35/EU.
