Flexible shielded cable for frequency inverters

This double-shielded 1kV power cable with a cross-section of 185 mm² is specifically designed for use in frequency inverters. Its construction minimizes electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable and reliable device operation. This cable is ideal for installation in industrial environments where high interference resistance and flexibility are required.

Construction and properties

The TF-EMV-2YSLCY-J cable stands out with its advanced construction, which affects its unique properties. The cable core consists of twisted copper strands, providing good conductivity and flexibility. The cores are insulated with polyethylene (PE), which translates to low dielectric losses and high voltage strength. Two shields – aluminum foil and a braid of copper wires – effectively suppress electromagnetic interference, protecting sensitive devices. The outer jacket made of PVC provides resistance to mechanical damage and atmospheric factors. The outer diameter of the cable is 60.6 mm.
