Frequency inverter cable
This double-shielded 1kV cable, designated 2YSLCYK-J TF-EMV-UV-3PLUS, is specifically designed for use in motor-to-frequency inverter connections. Its construction provides high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and minimizes interference, which is crucial in modern industrial installations. This cable is ideal for both professional installers and end-users looking for a reliable solution for powering motors controlled by inverters.
Construction and application
The cable consists of multi-strand copper conductors class 5, insulated with polyethylene (XLPE). The conductors are twisted concentrically and then surrounded by two layers of shielding – an aluminum tape and a braid of copper wires. This double protection minimizes the emission of electromagnetic interference and provides high resistance to noise. In addition, the cable has a yellow-green PE protective conductor, twisted and placed outside the structure. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer sheath made of polyolefin (PVC), resistant to UV radiation.
The intended use of the cable includes a wide range of industrial applications: from automation and robotics, through the food and packaging industry, to installations in the automotive and mechanical industries. It will work well in pumps, fans, conveyor belts and air conditioning systems. This is particularly important in environments sensitive to electromagnetic interference.
