& This double-shielded 1kV 2YSLCYK-J TF-EMV-UV-3PLUS cable is a specialized solution designed to power motors connected to frequency inverters. The cable's construction, with symmetrically arranged cores, minimizes electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable and reliable operation of devices. It is suitable for both fixed and mobile installations, in dry, humid and wet environments, as well as outdoors.& &
Construction and properties&
& The cable is characterized by an advanced construction providing high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). It consists of multi-wire copper conductors class 5, insulated with polyethylene (XLPE), twisted concentrically. Additionally, it has two shields – an aluminum tape and a copper braid – which effectively reduces interference. The PE protective conductor is divided into three parts and placed outside the structure. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer sheath made of polyolefin (PVC), resistant to UV radiation. Thanks to the use of special insulation of the cores with PE, the cable has reduced capacitance between the cores and the screen and minimal dielectric loss, which translates into longer life and better interference parameters. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and harmful substances for painting.& &
Applications and benefits&
& This cable finds application in a wide range of industries – automotive, food, packaging, automation, environmental protection and in machines and devices using SIMOVERT drives. It is ideal for powering pumps, fans, conveyor belts and air conditioning installations. Thanks to its flexibility and resistance to external factors, it provides safe and reliable connections in difficult working conditions. The cross-section of 95 mm² allows for transmission of large currents, and the double shielding minimizes the risk of damage caused by electromagnetic interference. The outer diameter of the cable is 40.1 mm and the permissible operating temperature is -40°C to +70°C for fixed installations and -5°C to +70°C for mobile installations.
