High-temperature resistant PVC cable – reliability in demanding conditions

This flexible HELUTHERM® 120 cable, made of special PVC, is designed to operate at elevated temperatures. It provides safe and reliable connections in machines, equipment and motors where standard cables fail. It is ideal for paint shops, dryers and other industrial applications.

Construction and application

This cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-11 / DIN EN 50525-2-11 (for cross-sections 0.5-0.75 mm²) and IEC 60227/56 and IEC 60227/57 (for cross-sections 1.0-2.5 mm²). Its construction based on a multi-wire copper core (class 5) ensures flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The PVC TI3 insulation and the outer jacket made of temperature-resistant PVC TM3 guarantee long-lasting and safe operation. The cable is available in black (RAL 9005) and has 25 cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm².

Designed for use in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors – it offers versatile installation. Thanks to its UV resistance (up to 80 x 10⁶ cJ/kg), it can also be used in conditions exposed to sunlight.
