PVC cable resistant to high temperatures – reliability in demanding conditions

This flexible HELUTHERM® 120 cable, with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² and a black coating, is designed to operate at elevated temperatures. Made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), both the core insulation and the outer jacket provide durability and resistance to damage. This cable is an ideal solution where standard wiring fails – in machines, devices and engines generating heat, such as paint shops or dryers.

Construction and application

The HELUTHERM® 120 cable consists of 25 stranded copper cores (class 5), which gives it high flexibility and resistance to bending. The cores are insulated with special PVC TI3, and their identification is done using colors (according to DIN VDE 0293-308). This makes installation and subsequent servicing simple and intuitive. The cable is intended for use in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors – making it a universal solution for many industries.
