PVC cable resistant to high temperatures HELUTHERM® 120 7G2.5 mm² black, conductor identification according to DIN VDE 0293-308 24042

High-temperature resistant PVC cable – reliability in demanding conditions

This black HELUTHERM® 120 cable with a cross-section of 7G2.5 mm² is a solid solution for installations exposed to elevated temperatures. Made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), it ensures safe and long-lasting operation in harsh industrial and domestic conditions. Wire identification according to DIN VDE 0293-308 simplifies installation and servicing.

Construction and application

The HELUTHERM® 120 cable is designed for use in machines, equipment and motors generating heat, such as dryers or paint shops. It will work both in dry and humid rooms, as well as outdoors. Its flexible construction with a multi-wire core class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295) makes it easy to lay even in tight spaces. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-11 / DIN EN 50525-2-11 standards, which guarantees its safety and reliability.

Key features and benefits

  • High temperature resistance: Special PVC coating allows continuous operation at up to +105°C (short-term up to +120°C), making it an ideal choice for industrial applications.
  • Flexibility: Multi-wire core construction ensures easy installation and laying, even in tight spaces.
  • Safety: Compliance with DIN VDE standards and high wire insulation minimize the risk of short circuits and electric shock.
  • Durability: High-quality materials ensure a long service life of the cable, even in difficult operating conditions.
  • Versatility: Suitable for use in both industrial and domestic installations where elevated temperatures occur.
  • Wire identification: Color-coded wire identification (according to DIN VDE 0293-308) facilitates correct connection of wires during installation.
  • Wide temperature range: The ability to operate in the range from -30°C to +105°C ensures reliable operation in various atmospheric conditions.

The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 12.6 mm, and its rated voltage is 500 V. The conductor cross-section is 2.5 mm², and the cable contains 7 cores made of polyvinyl chloride both as insulation and outer coating.

The HELUTHERM® 120 cable is an investment in the safety and reliability of your electrical installation, especially where standard cables fail under the influence of high temperature.
