This metered HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K control and power cable is a versatile solution for flexible power connections with medium mechanical load. It is suitable for both industrial installations and applications requiring resistance to harsh environmental conditions. The cable is designed for durability and safety, making it an ideal choice for both professional installers and end users.

Construction and properties – the key to long-term operation

The cable is characterized by a construction compliant with IEC 60502-1, UNE 21123-2 and UNE HD 603-1 standards. Made of high-quality copper conductors, insulated with XLPE type DIX 3, it provides excellent electrical and mechanical properties. The outer jacket made of special PVC type DMV-18 guarantees resistance to UV radiation, oil and other external factors. The flexible construction facilitates cable installation and routing, even in tight spaces. The minimum bending radius is 10x the cable diameter for flexible applications and from 4x to 6x the diameter for fixed installations (depending on the cable diameter).

Flame retardancy confirmed by tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 and DIN EN 60332-1-2/ IEC 60332-1-2 provides additional safety of use. Available version with protective conductor (G) or without it (X).
