This metered HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K control and power cable is a versatile solution for flexible power connections where medium mechanical load is required. The cable construction, based on copper conductors insulated with XLPE and surrounded by a protective PVC coating, ensures reliable operation in various conditions. This cable is suitable for both internal and external installations, in dry, humid and wet environments. The possibility of direct laying in the ground or in pipes further increases its versatility.

Construction and properties – the key to durability and safety

The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable is characterized by a solid construction. The use of high-quality materials guarantees resistance to UV radiation, oil and mechanical damage. Copper conductors, manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0295 cl. 5, IEC 60228 cl. 5 and BS 6360 cl. 5 standards, ensure excellent electrical conductivity. XLPE insulation of type DIX 3 (UNE HD 603-1) provides high resistance to temperature and voltage. The outer jacket made of special PVC type DMV-18 (UNE HD603-1) protects the cable from external factors and ensures its durability. The cable is available in a version with a protective conductor (G) or without it (X).

Additionally, it meets the requirements of the CE standard, confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
