The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K 16G1,5 cable is a flexible PVC cable designed for use in medium mechanically stressed installations. It is designed to operate in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as for direct laying in the ground or protective conduits. Construction and properties
The cable construction is based on multi-wire copper conductors, insulated with XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) and surrounded by an outer PVC coating. This combination of materials provides high flexibility, abrasion resistance and long-lasting protection against external factors. The cable is characterized by high resistance to UV radiation, making it ideal for outdoor use and in places exposed to direct sunlight. Additionally, it is oil-resistant and does not contain silicone or cadmium, guaranteeing its safety and compatibility with various working environments.
This cable meets the requirements of IEC 60502-1, UNE 21123-2 and UNE HD 603-1 standards. It is available in a version with a protective conductor (G) or without it (X). The operating parameters of the cable include a temperature range of -5°C to +90°C (flexible) and -15°C to +90°C (stationary), and the operating voltage is 0.6/1kV. The minimum bending radius is 10x cable diameter for flexible laying and 4x cable diameter for stationary installations (up to 25mm²).
