Control and power cable for demanding applications

This flexible cable from the HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K family, with a cross-section of 2x10 mm², is a solid solution for both installers and end-users. It provides a reliable power and control connection in a wide range of applications, from industry to home installations. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adapt to the needs of a specific project.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a construction compliant with IEC 60502-1, UNE 21123-2 and UNE HD 603-1 standards. Made of high-quality materials – copper conductors, XLPE insulation and an outer jacket of special PVC – it guarantees durability and resistance to external factors. The DMV-18 type PVC jacket provides resistance to UV radiation, making it ideal for outdoor applications and in places exposed to direct sunlight. Additionally, the cable is oil-resistant and does not contain silicone or cadmium, increasing its safety and environmental friendliness.

The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable is perfect for flexible power connections with medium mechanical load. It can be used in both dry and humid and wet rooms, as well as directly in the ground or in pipes. It is a versatile cable that will find application in:

The operating temperature range from -5°C to +90°C (flexible) and from -15°C to +90°C (stationary) ensures reliable operation in various environments. The operating voltage is 0.6/1kV. The minimum bending radius is 10x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4x cable diameter for stationary operation (up to 25mm²).
