This flexible HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K power and control cable is a robust solution for applications where reliability and resistance to harsh conditions are paramount. With a cross-section of 2x35 mm², this cable is ideal for both fixed installations and applications requiring frequent bending. It is a versatile cable suitable for use in mechanical engineering, conveyor systems, air conditioning units, and industrial automation.

Construction and properties ensuring durability

The cable construction, based on copper conductors with XLPE insulation and an outer PVC jacket, guarantees high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The special PVC compound provides resistance to UV radiation, making it ideal for outdoor use or in areas exposed to direct sunlight. This cable is also oil-resistant and suitable for direct laying in the ground or in pipes. The operating temperature range from -15°C to +90°C (stationary) and from -5°C to +90°C (flexible) allows its use in a wide range of environmental conditions. The operating voltage of 0.6/1kV ensures safe use in most standard installations.

The minimum bending radius (10x cable diameter for flexible operation) makes it easy to lay the cable even in tight spaces. In addition, the materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting, which is important for many industrial sectors.
