Control and power cable – reliability and flexibility in one. This flexible power cable, designated HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K, is a versatile solution for various applications in electrical installations. This cable combines high-quality workmanship, resistance to external factors and ease of installation, making it an ideal choice for both professionals and end users. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adapt to the needs of a specific installation.

Construction and properties

The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable is constructed in accordance with IEC 60502-1, UNE 21123-2 and UNE HD 603-1 standards. It consists of copper conductors insulated with XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene), surrounded by a protective PVC coating. This construction provides high flexibility, resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. The conductors are color-coded according to PN-HD 308 S2 (up to 5 conductors) or coded according to EN 50334 (more than 5 conductors), making correct connection easier. The cable is available in a version with a protective conductor (G) or without it (X).

The cross-sectional area of the conductors is 2.5 mm², which allows for the transmission of appropriate current depending on the load. The outer sheath made of special PVC type DMV-18 provides resistance to UV radiation, oil and other atmospheric factors. This allows the cable to be used in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as directly in the ground or in pipes.
