The JB-500 6G1,5 cable is a flexible solution for powering devices in environments requiring resistance to mechanical and chemical factors. This cable, manufactured by HELUKABEL, is characterized by high quality workmanship and is designed for medium mechanical loads where flexibility and the absence of tensile stress are important. Construction and properties

The JB-500 cable has multi-wire copper conductors (class 5), which gives it high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The conductors are insulated with special PVC (Z 7225) and colored according to the JB/OB code for easy identification. Twisted conductors are arranged in parallel, and the whole is surrounded by a durable PVC (TM2) outer jacket, providing protection against mechanical damage and external factors. The protective conductor (green-yellow) placed close to the outer jacket increases safety. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-11 / DIN EN 50525-2-11 standards.

The JB-500 6G1,5 cable with a cross-section of 1.5 mm² and a rated voltage of 500V is used in electrical installations requiring flexibility and resistance to external factors. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.2 mm. It is ideal for flexible connections in machines, conveyors, production lines, and control and signaling systems. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms (but not outdoors). The minimum bending radius of the cable is 7.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for fixed laying. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MOhm x km and the test voltage is 4000V.
