Flexible control cable JZ-500 – reliability and versatility of applications

This 27-core flexible cable JZ-500 with a rated voltage of 500V is a solid solution for connections in electrical installations. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures reliable operation even in harsh conditions. The cable is particularly recommended for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a careful construction that translates into its durability and functionality. Copper strands, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60288 standards, ensure good electrical conductivity. Insulation made of PVC Z 7225 guarantees safe use, and the outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 protects against mechanical damage and the influence of atmospheric factors. The cores are black with white number printing, which facilitates the identification of individual wires during installation. Cores in other colors are also available on request.

The JZ-500 cable also stands out with a number of additional properties:

• Chemical resistance and oil resistance: Allows use in industrial environments exposed to contact with chemicals and oils.
