This flexible JZ-500 40G0.5 cable is a reliable solution for electrical connections requiring flexibility and resistance to external factors. Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on 40 twisted copper cores, which ensures high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. The cores are insulated with special PVC (Z 7225), and the entire cable is surrounded by an outer jacket of PVC (TM2), which guarantees protection against mechanical damage and the influence of chemicals. The cores are black with white numerical printing for easy identification, and an optional version with a yellow-green protective core is available. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the installation needs.

Additionally, this cable exhibits oil resistance and is conditionally resistant to twisting, making it an ideal choice for use in harsh industrial conditions. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable has passed tests confirming its self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties (DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2, IEC 60332-1).

Operating parameters and compliance with standards

The JZ-500 40G0.5 cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C during stationary operation and from -15°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. The rated voltage is 500V, and the core cross-section is 0.5 mm². The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for stationary operation. The cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EG (CE marking). Compliance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards guarantees high quality and safety of use. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 15.3 mm.
