This multi-core flexible cable JZ-500 41G1,5 is an ideal solution for connections in electrical installations where high flexibility and resistance to external factors are required. Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction, ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. It is made of copper stranded wires (class 5), insulated with special PVC (Z 7225), which guarantees high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The cores are twisted in parallel, and the whole is covered with an outer jacket of PVC (TM2), providing additional protection against moisture, oils and chemical influences. The jacket color is gray (RAL 7001).
The cable has a rated voltage of 500V and an allowable operating temperature of -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and -15°C to +80°C (flexible). It complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards. The cable is metered, which makes it easy to precisely adjust the length to the needs of the installation. Additionally, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.
