Flexible control cable JZ-500 – reliability and versatility of applications

The JZ-500 cable is a flexible control wire designed to operate in various environmental conditions. It is characterized by high mechanical and chemical resistance, making it an ideal solution for both installers and end-users. This wire is particularly recommended for flexible connections in slowly moving systems where tensile stresses do not occur.

Construction and parameters ensuring durability

The cable is made of multi-strand copper wire, insulated with special PVC (Z 7225). The wires are black with white numerical printing, which facilitates the identification of individual wires during installation and servicing. The wires are twisted in parallel, and the whole is surrounded by a durable outer jacket made of PVC (TM2), providing additional protection against mechanical damage and external factors. Thanks to this, the cable retains its properties in a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C (stationary operation) and -15°C to +80°C (flexible operation). The rated voltage of the cable is 500V.

Applications in industry and beyond

The JZ-500 cable finds wide application in industry as a wire for control and measuring instruments in industrial equipment. It will also work in installations in dry, wet and damp rooms (not outdoors). Thanks to its flexibility and resistance to oils and chemicals, it is ideal for working in harsh conditions. In addition, this wire can be used in cable ducts and is characterized by conditional resistance to twisting. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting.
