This 61-core flexible cable JZ-500 61G1.5 is an ideal solution for installations requiring a large number of wires in a single cross-section. Construction and properties
The JZ-500 61G1.5 cable is designed for demanding applications. Its construction is based on stranded copper wires, which guarantees high flexibility and resistance to repeated bending. The wires are insulated with special PVC (Z 7225), and the entire cable is surrounded by an outer jacket made of PVC TM2, providing additional mechanical and chemical protection. The wires are numbered with white digits for easy identification during installation. A version with a yellow-green protective wire (marked G) or without it (marked x) is also available.

Applications and standards
The JZ-500 61G1.5 cable is used in mechanically moderately stressed installations where flexible connections are required. It is ideal for dry, wet and damp rooms (except for direct exposure to atmospheric conditions). It is often used as a cable for control and measuring devices in industrial equipment and in control systems. It meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC. Additionally, it is resistant to oils and chemical compounds (detailed information can be found in the "Technical information" table). The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter during stationary operation.
