The JZ-500 cable is characterized by a solid construction: stranded copper conductors, PVC insulation and an outer jacket of the same material. The cable is available in a 3-core version with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², making it ideal for a wide range of applications. Additionally, the cable is resistant to oils, chemicals and UV radiation, which increases its durability and reliability in harsh environmental conditions. Application and operating parameters
The JZ-500 cable is perfect for use in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors – provided it is protected from direct sunlight and moisture. It is particularly recommended in mechanical engineering for control, signaling and measurement in production lines and conveyor belts. It can also be used in other applications requiring a flexible electrical connection.
The cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 500 V and a wide operating temperature range: from -15°C to +80°C for flexible operation and from -40°C to +80°C for stationary operation. Its outer diameter is approximately 7.4 mm, and the minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter during flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter during stationary operation. The insulation resistance is at least 20 MΩ x km.
Thanks to its properties, this cable ensures safe and efficient power transmission in various industrial and domestic applications. The materials used in production do not contain silicone or cadmium, making it more environmentally friendly.
