Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction based on twisted copper cores, which ensures good flexibility and resistance to material fatigue. PVC Z 7225 insulation guarantees safe use, and the external PVC TM2 coating protects against mechanical damage and weather conditions. The cores are marked with white numbers, which facilitates identification during installation and servicing. Additionally, the cable is resistant to oils, chemicals, and UV radiation – making it an ideal choice for harsh working conditions. The cable complies with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-51 standards.

Application and key parameters

The JZ-500 black 4G1,5 cable is perfect for medium mechanically loaded flexible installations where tensile stresses do not occur. It can be used both in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors (excluding direct laying in the ground or water). It is particularly recommended in mechanical engineering for control, signaling and measurement in production lines and conveyor belts. The cable ensures safe operation in a wide temperature range - from -40°C to +80°C for fixed installation and from -15°C to +80°C during flexible operation. Its outer diameter is approximately 8.2 mm, and the core cross-section is 1.5 mm². The minimum bending radius for flexible installation is 7.5 times the cable diameter, and for fixed installation – 4 times the cable diameter. The rated voltage is 500V, and the cable is UV resistant.

The cable has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. The cable is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 and DIN EN 60332-1-2/IEC 60332-1 standards.
