Construction and properties

The cable features a construction based on 34 stranded copper conductors, providing flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The conductors are insulated with special PVC (TI2), and the entire cable is surrounded by a durable outer sheath made of PVC (TM2) in black, resistant to UV radiation. The conductors are numbered with white digits, which facilitates the identification of individual wires during installation and servicing – particularly useful in complex installations. Additionally, the cable is oil-resistant and resistant to many chemical compounds. Made from materials that do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting.

Applications and operating parameters

The JZ-600 34G1 cable is intended for medium mechanical load in applications requiring flexibility without tensile stress. It will work perfectly in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, foundries, steelworks and in air conditioning and internal installations. It can be used both in dry, humid and wet rooms, as well as outdoors (after permanent laying). The permissible operating temperature is from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C (flexible). The rated voltage U is 1000 V. The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0262 and DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/DIN EN 50525-2-5 concerning insulation for operating voltage of 1 kV. The outer diameter of the cable is 21.5 mm.
