This 7-core JZ-600 cable with a cross-section of 10 mm² is a reliable solution for flexible connections where resistance to external factors and mechanical damage is important. Construction and properties

The JZ-600 cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring long-lasting and safe operation. Multi-strand copper conductors (class 5) are insulated with special PVC TI2, guaranteeing high resistance to electrical damage. The cores are numbered with white digits, which facilitates identification and minimizes the risk of errors during installation – this is especially useful in more complex installations. In addition, the outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 provides protection against UV radiation and weathering. The presence of a yellow-green protective core (depending on the version) increases safety.

This cable also features high chemical resistance – it is resistant to oils and many chemicals, making it perfect for harsh industrial conditions. The materials used in production are silicone-free, cadmium-free and do not contain substances that interfere with painting, demonstrating a commitment to the natural environment. The cable meets the requirements of IEC 60332-1-2 and DIN EN 60332-1-2 standards, confirming its flame-retardant properties.

The flexible operating temperature range is from -15°C to +80°C, and the stationary operating temperature range is from -40°C to +80°C. The minimum bending radius during flexible operation is 7.5 times the outer diameter of the cable, and during fixed laying – 4 times the outer diameter.
