Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction, based on twisted copper cores (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295), PVC insulation and an external PVC coating. The cores are numbered for easy identification during installation. The materials used are resistant to oils, chemicals and UV radiation, guaranteeing durability even in harsh conditions. In addition, the cable is self-extinguishing and flame-retardant, meeting the standards of DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 and DIN EN 60332-1-2/IEC 60332-1.

The OZ-500 cable with a cross-section of 4x2.5 mm² and a rated voltage of 500V is perfect for installations powering devices with medium power consumption. It is ideal for flexible connections in industrial machines and equipment, as well as in residential and commercial buildings. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors (excluding direct laying in the ground or water). The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x cable diameter for stationary operation, making installation easier even in tight spaces. The cable has a core cross-section of 2.5 mm², a rated voltage of 500 V, an outer diameter of 9.8 mm and operates in a temperature range from -15°C to +80°C (flexible) and from -40°C to +80°C (stationary).
