OZ-500 cable is a flexible solution for power supply and control, designed for both indoor and outdoor installations. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures reliable operation in various conditions. Construction and properties

The cable features a robust construction, based on five copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm². These conductors are stranded according to DIN VDE 0295 class 5, BS 6360 class 5, and IEC 60228 class 5 standards, guaranteeing their flexibility and durability. The conductor insulation is made of a special type Z 7225 PVC, providing good electrical insulation and mechanical resistance. The conductors are black with white numeric printing, making identification easier during installation. Additionally, the cable has an external protective jacket made of PVC TM2, which protects it from external damage and weather conditions.

The OZ-500 cable has been tested for self-extinguishing and fire-resistant properties according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 and DIN EN 60332-1-2/IEC 60332-1 standards – increasing safety in case of fire. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium, and substances that interfere with painting.

Application and operating parameters

This cable is widely used in mechanical engineering, especially for powering control, signaling, and measuring devices on production lines and conveyor belts. It can also be used in electrical installations of residential and commercial buildings where flexibility and resistance to external factors are required. It should be noted that the cable should not be laid directly in the ground or in water.

This cable operates at a rated voltage of 500 V. The permissible ambient temperature range during installation is from -15°C to +80°C, and during operation from -40°C to +80°C. The minimum bending radius for flexible operation is 7.5 times the outer diameter of the cable, and for stationary operation – 4 times the outer diameter of the cable. The cross-section of a single conductor is 1.5 mm², and the outer diameter of the cable is approximately 9.1 mm.

The cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). This is a high-quality product that ensures safe and reliable operation in various electrical applications.
