Construction and application

This cable features a construction based on seven copper conductors with a cross-section of 1.5 mm², ensuring adequate conductivity and flexibility. The conductors are stranded, and their insulation is made of PVC, guaranteeing good protection against mechanical damage and chemical influences. The black color facilitates cable identification in the installation. The conductors are numbered with white digits, making it easier to identify individual wires during assembly and servicing. The cable is metered, allowing for precise length adjustment to suit installation needs.

The OZ-500 cable is used in places exposed to medium mechanical loads – ideal for flexible connections without tensile stress. It can be used in dry, damp, and wet environments, as well as outdoors (excluding direct laying in the ground or water). It is suitable for use in mechanical industry for powering production lines, conveyor belts, and control and signaling systems.

Properties and parameters

The OZ-500 cable is designed for durability and safety. It is made of materials resistant to oil, chemicals, and UV radiation. Its outer PVC coating provides additional protection against mechanical damage and weather conditions. It meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).

Additionally, the cable has self-extinguishing and flame-retardant properties, confirmed by tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 and DIN EN 60332-1-2/IEC 60332-1.
