This flexible 1kV OZ-600 cable is a solid solution for power and control, designed for a wide range of applications. The cable is distinguished by its high resistance to external factors and flexibility, making installation easier even in difficult conditions. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures safe and long-lasting operation.
Construction and properties
The OZ-600 cable is characterized by a construction that ensures reliability and durability. It is made of five copper conductors with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², which are twisted to increase flexibility. The core insulation is made of PVC, and the outer jacket is also made of PVC, providing resistance to abrasion, moisture and oils. The cores are black with white numbers, which makes identification easier during installation – even when the cable is partially exposed. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 8.5 mm.
Additionally, this cable is resistant to UV radiation and meets standards regarding self-extinguishing and flame retardancy (VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2/ IEC 60332-1). The materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. The cable is designed to operate in a wide temperature range: from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -15°C to +80°C during installation.
